This boat was viewed and photographed by Matt and John of Boatshed Lake Michigan. If you are looking for a floating two bedroom condo with all the amenities of home, then check out your new home. This hard to find 47” Mainship Yacht is well appointed and looking for a new home. Being built in St Augustine Florida, the only salt water she has seen was on her trip to the great lakes. The last owner had a custom flybridge enclosure installed for 80K and the current owner has put less than 100 hours on her. The latest survey done in December of 03 valued her at 399K. With the split floor plan along with two separate heads both with standup showers, privacy is not an issue. And the walk in engine room with separate workbench area make this yacht truly unique. With 3 separate AC zones, central vacuum system and washer and dryer, this yacht feels more like a condo than a boat.
